New Delhi: In the midst of a surge in Covid-19 cases in the national capital, the Delhi government on Saturday said that he collected a fine of Rs 1.5 Crore in the last two days for violations of the Covid Protocol.
A total of 163 fir it was also registered for a protocol violation.
“East Delhi registered 1,245 violations while the North District saw 1,446 violations.
A total of 7,778 cases did not apply a mask, did not attend a physical break and crowding had been registered,” said the Delhi government.
In accordance with data 22-23 December, the Delhi Government Enforcement Agency imposed a fine of RS 1,54,71,500.
The maximum case of violations of the Covid protocol has been registered from Delhi Timur and North among 11 city districts.
In accordance with the government health bulletin released on Friday, the National Capital recorded 180 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, the biggest single surge since June 16 this year.
