Panaji: The head of the cave election officer, Kunal, has directed the North Goa collector to investigate and began actions against the Delhi-based news channel which aired the alleged shock operation on Saturday for violating the code of ethics.
“We have instructed the district (north) collector to start the right legal action against the channel.
The problem has increased to the electoral commission and the video has been revealed,” Kunal said.
Congress and TMC have submitted a lot of complaints before the CEO and the Goa police accused that AAP tried to slander their party candidates and tried to weaken the selection process.
Both parties claim that videos have been doctorsed and blame AAP for fake videos.
