PORVORIM: Warning the government that a series of recent murders and the increase in crime will banging on cave images as a safe tourist destination, opposition on Monday demanding that the Goa police be given hand to investigate and take action against criminal activities.
Opposition also said that political interference has collected investigations in critical cases, which then ventured anti-social elements.
The opposition also said that local residents lost trust in the government and no longer felt safe in their own home.
Get out to defend the Goa Police and reply to the opposition allegations that crime increased, Chairman of the Minister of Pramod Sawant said that Goa addressed a list in the country for successful detection and resolution of crime.
Sawant’s claims did not blunt much opposition attacks that came for days after four murders shook a small state.
“Increasing crime, including those who are serious such as murder and rape, in the state shows the destruction of the total law and order that has damaged the image of Goa.
This will affect tourism and other sectors, then drag the economy,” said Fatorda Mla Vijai Sardesai, while speaking about the attention of calling about the increase in crime in Goa.
Sardesai blamed the political intervention for the deteriorating law and a temporary order of the representative of the speaker and Canacona Mla Isidore Fernandes said that rapid arrest and quick beliefs could act as a deterrent.
“Confidence must be made in a short time.
Accountability must rest on officers,” Fernandes said.
Porvorim Mla Rohan Khaunte also accused that BJP MLA and the minister disrupted the investigation and used the Goa police to harass the opposition.
“In the last 10 years this trend has chosen selectively and selective cases targeting people.
The main minister must be responsible.
If the minister’s chairman is clear from this, he must provide incentives to the police or improve the responsibility to the police and he must stop political disorders,” Khaunte said.
Sawant said that there were no politicians who disrupted the function of the Goa police.

Former Chief Minister and Congress Mla Pratapsingh Rane described the legal and order situation in Goa as a Wild West where the arm and ammunition seemed to be freely available to shoot people.
“The government must be a firm-sized.
There is a method used by the police to obtain the criminal element.
We must punish them because of this illegal activity, the opposite is no tourist that will come to Goa,” Rane said.
Referring to the death of Siddhi rose, Sardesai said that the government had to tell the cave whether it was murder or death by sinking and why Viscera was not maintained.
“The police must be responsible for this error,” he said.
