Wardha: Division level training for the main coaches of the 11 District Nagpur and Amravati Division under the initiative ‘Aarambh’ was inaugurated at the Mahatma Gandhi (MGIM) Medical Institute, Sewagram.
Rubal Agrawal, Commissioner of an Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS), Maharashtra, is the main guest at the first function.
‘Aarambh’ – Initiative by MGIMs aims to build the capacity of parents and other caregivers – emphasize the development of early childhood and provide conscious information to people who are underprivileged.
This initiative will be implemented throughout Maharashtra by the Department of Women and the development of children through ICDs.
UNICEF provides support for MGIM to maintain the state-level resource team and 30 main trainers to facilitate this increase.
The state resource team and key experts will train 250 main coaches, which in turn will train 3,000 ICDS supervisors who will then guide almost 1,12,000 workers’ widespread and expand the range of programs for each household.
