Coimbatore: Coimbatore rural police arrested a 32-year-old man on Monday night because of raping and impregnating his paramour’s little daughter.
Police said the 17-year-old rape victim was class XI students.
His father died 13 years ago.
After the death of his father, his mother developed an affair with a personal city bus driver who had separated from his wife more than eight years ago.
The bus driver lived in the little girl’s house.
When the mother was not at home, she estimated the girl repeatedly.
School girl developed severe abdominal pain.
He was taken to the hospital where the doctor examined him and told his mother that he was three months pregnant.
Doctors also told Madukkarai police.
The police conducted an investigation with survivors.
The police registered a case against the bus driver under the 5 (L) section (N) (N) (N) (J) (ii) read with 6 children’s protection of the acts of sexual violations (Pocso).
He was returned in Judicial custody.
