Mangaluru: Police arrested Nasir aka Tsunami Nasir, a vegetable seller, on a bad charges with a little girl on Tuesday.
The police said that the mother of a little girl complained that the defendant handed over the cellphone and Rs 500, with a note that expressed her love for her daughter.
He allegedly hugged his daughter too.
He then threatened the mother to marry her daughter.
The mother complained that she was suspected of trying to film it from the bathroom.
His cellphone has been confiscated.
