New Delhi, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said the old ways to run the government department must provide way to the post-covid world needs and officers who were able to take initiatives with a long-term vision could help realize Atmanirbhar Bharat.
Therefore, there is a need to create leaders who can navigate the changing ecosystems as defined above and at the same time, using new skills sets and partnerships, leading the country to achieve goals and aspirations, he said greeting a group of officers.
According to an official statement, Singh, Minister of State for Personnel, said officers with the capacity to take initiatives with a long-term vision and mobilizing collective efforts would help achieve the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Bharat.
Providing the main address address to the participants of the Mid-First General Career Program at the National Administration Academy Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBSNAA), he said 150 strange officers from this course would be the “New Modi Architect of India”.

“Therefore, we need to maintain a series of goals & a shared approach to develop our nation in all aspects – economics, social and organization,” he added.
Singh said this is the era of skills and knowledge and therefore, it is important to continue to improve relevant skills because it will create extraordinary opportunities in government to meet new challenges.
“To run collaborative leadership of important types for our country, courses have created the interests of focusing aspects such as deep, empathy, presentation, reflective investigations and collective creativity,” he said.
In his speech, Director of Lbsnaa K Srinivas said the entire course had been built around leadership.
He said collaborative settings mid-career would lead to a general approach to dealing with current and future challenges effectively.
