LONDON: The WHO said Covid’s death in Europe rose 5% in the past week, making it the only area in the world where the toll road increased.
It was said that confirmed cases jumped 6% globally, driven by increasing America, Europe, Asia.
Who said death in all areas other than Europe remained stable or decreased, and amounted to 50,000 globally last week.
Of the 3.3 million reported cases, 2.1 million came from Europe.
