Rajkot: Five people robbed the owner of the Anagdiya company in Chotila City Surendranagar Rs 80 Lakh from nearby on Monday night.
The incident occurred when Girish Pujara, a resident of Chitrakut Society on the outskirts of the city in Chotila-from Road, took home daily cash from his office, police said.
According to police Chotila, Pujara began to be late and when he slowed down the bicycle near the lump, five men with a closed face approached him at around 8:30 a.m.
and threw chili powder in his eyes.
Pujara managed to avoid the attack by turning his face, but one of them put an artificial pistol on his forehead and grabbed the bag.
All robbers spoke in the Kathiyavadi dialect and their local bicycle registration number, said Pujara.
Pujara has operated his angadia company for the past 15 years and has two employees.
One of them, Parth Dudhrejiya, has worked with him for the past four years, while the others, meeting Jamod, has joined the company two weeks ago.
