Vadodara: A man from Kutch was booked on Monday at Vadodara for allegedly selling the same residential property in Bhayli to two different people.
One of the buyers, Parimal Suthar, told the police that Hanni Dudhaiya was accused of completing a lot of residential property in Bhayli with a couple who lived in Sankarda.
On June 17 last year, he took Rs 5 lakh from the couple and prepared the Bill of Sale for Rs 15 Lakh and got it ontime.
Then he even gave property property to the couple.
But on October 6, Dudhaiya completed another deal for the same property as Suthar.
He took Rs 8 lakh from Suthar as the number of tokens and prepared Bill of Sale for Rs 20 Lakh.
Then, when Suthar knew that the property already had a partner, he asked Dudhaiya to return his money.
But for the past year when Dudhaiya did not return the money, he approached the police and cheating violations registered at the Vadodara Taluka police station.
