Patna: Activist RTI Bipin Agrawal (44) was killed because of the case of the court which led to the demolition of houses, shops and gas stations built by exploring government land in Hariddhi, said Chamaran Timur Naveen Chandra Jha on Saturday.
Agrawal was shot dead at the Gate of the Hariddhi Blok Office on September 24.
Jha said four shooters were paid by RS20 Lakh to kill agrawal.
He said the money was financed by the former Pramukh Blok Hariddhi, Kindev Prasad (44), who was with Manish Kumar shooter aka Manish Patel (23) and Liner Neeraj Kumar Singh (22), was arrested on the day of the jail and sent to prison on Saturday and sent to prison on Saturday.
Previously, a journalist, Rajesh Kumar Singh (44), was arrested.

Rajesh was also accused of being accused of an attack on the murder of Ramakant Singh in May this year,” he said.
