Islamabad: The Taliban expanded the interim cabinet on Tuesday by including new members, all men and some of them from the Non-Pashtun ethnic group, in an effort to satisfy the global community that had insisted that their government had to be inclusive.
However, not single women included in the cabinet so far.
After including 17 new members on Tuesday – which included representatives from the ethnic group Hazara, Tajik and Uzbek – the power of the Afghan caregivers reached 50.

They did not reveal their plans for the formation of permanent governance or said something about carrying out elections in the country in the future.
Mujahid also talked about the country’s critical economic conditions, by saying that domestic income was enough to meet basic needs.
“We use all diplomatic channels to withdraw Afghan assets,” he said.
After the Taliban took over, the US had freezed US $ 9.5 billion assets from the Afghan central bank.
According to the number received by the supervisory body, more than 150 media outlets have stopped their operations last month due to lack of funds and fear of the Taliban policy.
Many journalists and publishers have left the country after the Taliban overthrew the previous government.

In the briefing on Tuesday, Amnesty International, the international federation for human rights and world organizations on torture accused the Taliban of a number of violations of rights, including the limits of press freedom, women’s restrictions and the target of the killing of civilians and former government officials.
The 29-page report claims that the Taliban only “strives to describe themselves as a reform group that recognizes the resemblance of women’s rights and freedom of expression” but such statements “are just covered for their regression”.
Reports of rights groups stated that “the message of the rights of women has been communicated by the Taliban since they took power unclear and inconsistent and had left women in fearful Afghanistan”.
