VADODARA: Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh (Abrsm), the body of the right wing teacher, has submitted a characters’ charter to the Minister of State Education as well as Waghani.
ABRSM was one of the bodies called for a meeting with state education officials and the Ministry of Finance on Friday.
