Guwahati: Assam CM Himanta Buswa Sarma on Saturday said the state would take “pragmatic decision” to AFSPA when it appeared for updates in March.
He added that tribal militancy in the state ended and “the beginning of the end” conflict with Ulfa (I) was seen.
CM said that despite the demand for sovereignty Ulfa (I) was still a stumbling block, the government and clothing worked together to find the streets around it.
