Chandigarh: Vinay Mehla, Assistant Scientists Working at Chaudhary Charan Agricultural Agricultural University (CCSU) Hisar who has increased the problem of former Prime Minister Charan Singh from the University Calendar, has now demanded the Constitution of the Independent Committee to investigate the entire incident.
Mehla was allegedly moved from the campus to Panipat by the University government after he swept this problem.
Speaking with Toi, Mehla said that he did not care about his transfer but the main concern was that those who were behind this intentional effort removed the photo of Charan Singh from the calendar must be open.
“The elimination of Charan Singh’s photo is not an error but intentional effort to eliminate ideology.
He is a visionary leader and not belonging to certain caste but is recognized as a leader of farmers throughout the country.
Independent probes are needed to expose them behind this intentional effort,” said Mehla.

He said that all who sat at a constitutional post, especially the main minister had to form a committee to punish the actual culprit.
Mehla also claimed that there was a possibility that the university administration could make some innocent employees at the University as a scapegoat to cover their hidden designs.
Mehla is the first to show the University Administration about the photos of Charan Singh who are missing when a new calendar is released by the University government for 2022.
