Geneva: Washington took Russian proposals for security guarantees “very serious,” said Moscow negotiator on Monday, adding that his country had “no intention” attacking Ukraine.
After a few hours talking to his US colleagues, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov urged Washington not to “underestimate” the risk of confrontation but also said the situation was not “desperate”.
