VADODARA: Judge Court of Court Head on Monday Called an Investigation Officer Case Scam Black Dollar After one of the defendant’s wives made surprising charges.
Shabana Bhurani, wife of Imran Bhurani, submitted an application before the court on Monday for issuing a warrant to the investigation officer so that all accused served before the court.
Shabana accused all accused, including her husband, mercilessly beaten by police and calling calls made for him and his family members by the police.
In its application, Shabana said that when she went to meet her husband at the DCB police station in Bhadra Kacheri, she was not allowed to meet him.
But when he was waiting in the office complex, he saw that Imran and other defendants could not even stand on foot and the police they had to lift them to take them from one room to another.
When he asked the police to let him ask for her husband about his health, they did not allow him, he stated.
It has also alleged that investigative officers have been seeking their detention to take allegations to Goa and Mumbai to be investigated, but they are not taken anywhere outside the city of Vadodara.
Shabana also accused the police calling from him and other family members from various telephone numbers who asked them to pay Rs 10-15 lakh.
If the money is not paid, they will ensure that all the defendants remain in prison for a long time, Shabana accuses further.
Taking knowing the Shabana application, the court issued a notification to Inspector V B AAL to stay present at 11:45 a.m.
on Tuesday before the court and took all the defendants for medical examinations to the SSG Hospital.
