Trichy: Trichy City Police arrested a 27-year-old woman on Saturday for killing her mother-in-law and tried to give it as an accidental death in a fire accident at her home in Viswas Nagar.
Gandhi Market Police arrested reshma from the 8th main road to pierce to death, her mother-in-law, I was Naveen, 46, and set the body who hated to cover the murder as a fire accident.
The Gandhi Market police said they received complaints on December 30 from S Shakinsha, 74, that his daughter Naveen died of burns in a fire accident in their homes in the afternoon.
The complainant also mentions that naveen injury is sustainable in his head.
Reshma son-in-law of Naveen and his two-year-old son was also at home at that time.
Acting on complaints, the police submitted a suspicious death case.
They restored the body and sent it to the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital (MGMGH) for postmortem.
However, the police grew suspicious of the reshma and grilling him about the injury at Naveen’s head.
The interrogation lights up that reshma stabbed Naveen with a screwdriver on his head and burned his body by pouring kerosene to show it as a fire accident.
It turned out that Naveen slipped on the kitchen floor and he was looking for reshma help to wake up.
Reshma in turn tells the police that Naveen scolds it because it doesn’t hurry.
When a rebuke was angry at him, Reshma took a screwdriver and stabbed him on his head in several places left him, police said.
Naveen and reshma have no good relations and they argue about family problems.
Hassan Khan’s husband lives in Vriddhachalam to keep the timber business back and is used to visit them once a week.
Police change this case to kill and produce reshma in court that sends it in terms of justice.
