Rajkot: Special Pocso Court in Amreli punish young to kidnap and raped a 13-year-old girl and sentenced him to 20 years in prison on Tuesday.
Special Pocso Judge R R Dave also ordered the state government to pay Rs 6 lakh as compensation for victims of small rape.
According to the details of the case, the allegations of Sanjay Bagda (22) have developed friendship with victims of rape through social media by posing as a girl.
He then lured him to meet him and kidnap the 13-year-old daughter in March 2019.
He took him to a letter where he suspected of raping him several times.
Based on the complaint submitted by the girl’s parents, the police traced Bagda and arrested her from the letter.
He was ordered for rape, kidnapping and under different parts of the protection of children from the acts of sexual violations (Pocso).
The Public Prosecutor in this case, J B R Rajyaguru said that in addition to a tight prison sentence, the court also imposed a fine of RS 15,000 in Bagda.
