Sofia: Bulgarian election ended without a clear winner, the Central Election Commission said on Monday with 95% ballots counted.
The right-right-right party of the former Prime Minister, Boyko Borissov, has a majority razor on its main competitor, the anti-elite there is the party of people from Popular TV entertainers Slavi Trifonov.
The Gabl party has won 23.91% of the vote, while the trifonov party rose 23.66%.
The remaining 5 percent are sound from abroad who chose most of the trifonov in previous polls.
Four more parties have passed a 4% threshold and will enter the 240 seats room.
In the first reaction to the results, Slavi Trifonov said his party would not enter the coalition but would try to form a minority government after receiving the mandate.
The selection of snap was held only three months after the previous voice and was not convincing and produced a fragmented parliament that would struggle to form a proper coalition.
They also marked a further decline to support the Gerb Borissov Party, after the current government the government made a public allegations of corruption which was widespread during his reign.
All of this left Beachsov without a real opportunity to return to the office for the fourth term, regardless of whether the Gerb Party was finished in the election, because most political groups had rejected the idea of ​​working with the former ruling parties.
NATO members and EU Bulgaria have been repeatedly criticized because they do not overcome corruption and deficiency in the rules of law and media freedom.
The anti-corruption campaign against Borissov was also enhanced by US Treasury sanctions imposed last month against several Bulgarian public officials and business leaders for corruption.
