Noida: Noida Authority will write a letter to the Department of Public Works (PWD) on disbursement of funds for the increasing Chilli Road regulator, officials said.
The RS 605 Crore project costs, officials said, must be borne by the state authorities and the state government through UPPWD.
While the authorities have begun working on the project and built several pillars, officials said the state government had not disbursed funds.
Authority now plans to write to the state government and senior officials uppwd to clear funds, amounting to 302.50 crore, in the coming cabinet meeting.
Highway Chilla is the main infrastructure project needed to relieve the movement of traffic between Noida and East Delhi.
The work on the road that was elevated had stopped in December due to delays in budget approval by the state government.
