Kanpur: Head of Secretary of Durga Shankar Mishra said there was a need to integrate technology with the bureaucratic system.
He handled the audience virtually on the 57th Foundation Day at Chhatrapati University Shahuji Maharaj (CSJMU) here on Wednesday.
