Noida: Noida authorities will begin to punish the bulk waste generator found without the processing unit to restore their daily wet waste after 15 February.
A fine will range from Rs 10,000 to several lakh, the official produces more than 700 tons.
Waste every day, where nearly 450 tons are wet waste, most of the mass generator.
While the team has been deployed for daily examinations, weaknesses in the action against defaults mostly last until now because of the third wave.
Vijay Rawal, senior manager of the Department of Public Health Authority, said, “February 15 has been designated as a deadline for all mass waste generators to comply with the rules of solid waste management, 2016.
Then, we will begin to impose a fine starting from Rs 10,000.
To Rs 1, 5 lakh, followed by sealing if necessary.
“While small plants are arranged in about 30 places to dispose of wet waste, the remaining inert waste was disposed of in the installation of sector-145 repair.
But the sustainable negligence of large producers has added to the load of separate waste collectors.
“We have examined the bulk waste generator sites such as hotels, restaurants, industries and institutional units.
Here, we have notified those who are worried about the need to establish a processing plant.
Some hotels in sector 18 and others do it,” he said.
