During a pandemic, it is very risky for patients to travel to other districts for care.
Therefore now, in all districts, facilities for cancer treatment are available.
All public and general hospitals where new cancer treatments available will be linked to regional cancer centers (RCC) in Thiruvananthapuram and Malabar Cancer Center (MCC).
Specialist from these two centers will provide assistance to doctors in 24 centers online.
People who undergo cancer treatment in RCC, PKS and various medical hospitals can now go to this hospital for follow-up care.
