With this, the total number of deaths in the city and district rose to 643.
The casualties confirmed on one day had reached the highest in the third wave on Friday with four deaths recorded.
Before this, the number has not crossed two deaths in a day during the third wave.
There were 31 patients whose conditions were important and treated at the hospital.
These patients exist in a ventilator or bipap machine.
74 others are in an intensive care unit, but do not require a ventilator or bipap machine to breathe.
The number of active cases in the city and the district has experienced a decrease in trends.
This is because the number of new cases reported every day dropped even when the number of patients was beaten higher.
In addition to 2,257 new cases registered on Saturday, 3,698 patients were dismissed.
The number of active cases fell to 22,171 on Saturday from 23,615 on Friday.
