Bharuch / Letter: Three young children sank on the river when they buried the idol of Durga near Ankleshwar on Friday.
According to the police, residents of Society Society Shubhalakshmi near Rajpipla Chowkdi in Ankleshwar have gone to soaking in Creek near Dadhal Village, six km from Ankleshwar.
Four people, including a woman, suddenly began to sink in the waters.
The locals rush there and start looking for them along with some swimmers.
After a lot of struggle, the fourth was taken out and shifted to the hospital for treatment.
However, three people died during treatment.
They were identified as Taraunkumar Bhagvan Singh (14), Manishkumar Danaash (19) and Vishnukumar Shivshankar Modi (19).
The condition of Ms.
Modi Revadevi (40) is said to be stable.
