Mangaluru: Putture Police have arrested three people for allegedly attacking a 19-year-old young man from Raichur, who came to meet a friend from a different faith.
The defendant who was arrested was Abdul Majeed, 27, from Putture, Farooq G, 32, and Alebi G, 33, from Sullia.
The source said that two big defendants.
The complainant has met the girl at the KSRTC bus stand in Putture at 10:15 a.m.
on Wednesday.
He had arrived with his friend, and four of them, two boys and two girls, chatted while sitting in a chair on the bus holder, when five were accused of asking their names, and objected to the boy talking to a different religious girl.
