Palanpur: A commission agent who deals with Jintan was robbed from RS 20 Lakh Cash in Knifepoint near Fatepura in the district of Mehsana on Tuesday and was thrown by the roadside by three people who even drove with his car.
The victim of Ramesh Chaudhary returned from Gandhinagar when the three asked him for the elevator that said they wanted to go on the way ash.
Chaudhary agreed to drop them up to Palanpur.
They even paid for each RS 100.
Whenthe car approached Fatepura, one of the men complained vomiting and asked Chaudhary to stop the car.
After the car stopped, he suddenly brandished a knife and the other two tied him.
One robber began driving and when they reached Aithor near Unjha, they drove him from the car, said police supervisor, Mehsana, Parthrajshinh Gohil.
Deputy Police Inspector, Ab Walaland said that every Tuesday, Chaudhary left for Dhima Village at Vav Tauka from Banskantha where he had a company dealing with cumin shipment.
He lives in Dhima Village until Saturday and goes to Gandhinagar.
