Gurugram: Three men have been ordered for alleged targeting four shops in the last two days and shooting at one of the shop owners.
Trio targets three stores, one by one, in the Maidawas area and robbed the shop owner in Gunpoint.
Within 24 hours from the group’s incident hit again and targeted shopkeepers in sector 57.
Azad Singh (47) runs a general store at the Sushant Lok-3 e-block in Sector 57.
On Tuesday, Singh with his son and Pankaj and one of his friends Ravinder was at the store at around 7:30 p.m.
when three masked young men entered the shop.
One young man pulled another gun and other young men tried to take money from the cash counter.
When he tried to fight one young man shot Singh and escaped from the place.
Singh was taken to the W Pratiksha hospital where he was undergoing treatment.
Based on his complaint, a case was registered at the Sector 57 police station below Section 307 (trying to murder), 393 (efforts to carry out robbery) and 34 (general intentions) of IPCs and weapons parts.
The day before the trio robbed three shopkeepers in the Maidawas area one by one at Gu Toro.
Mahavir Prasad runs a grocery store in Maidawas Village for the past few years.
On Monday night around 8.10 am, three teenagers entered the shop.
One young man put a gun into his head and they took Rs 30,000 from the cash counter.
“Two of them carry weapons.
They put the money in the bag and escape,” Prasad said.
After a robbery at the Mahavir shop accused of going to another grocery store run by Ashok and Take Rs 45,000 in Gunpoint.
The third store shop was then run by Sazid Khan and took around Rs 47,000 from the cash counter and escaped.
Based on the case complaints are listed below the 379A section (grabbing) and 34 (general intentions) IPC and the Act section.
“It seems like a new group job.
It is still unclear whether the same defendant’s set is behind the second incident.
Our team works to track the defendant,” said ACP (Crime) Preet Sangwan.
