Vadodara: A truck driver was killed by his two servants after the argument was heated over money.
The incident occurred on December 4 and victims of Taufiq Rayani’s body was found in a parking truck near Kapurai Crossroads at the National Highway 48.
Rayani, Native Uttar Pradesh, has reached Vadodara along with Fukran Indraraj and Mohammed Naseem.
According to the complaint submitted by Gufran Ali Pathhan, Taufiq called Pathhan on December 4 and told him that he had reached the Tandalja area.
When Pathan called him the next day, Taufiq’s phone was turned off.
Pathhan asked further and learned that Taufiq had never crossed Palol Toll Plaza.
He also contacted several transporter who told him that the truck was seen near the crossing of the Kapurai.
When Pathan reached there, he found Taufiq’s body in the truck.
Police investigations reveal that Indraraj and Naseem have entered the argument that is heated with Taufiq for money.
One of them attacked Taufiq with several sharp objects and caused injury to his throat.
The defendant threw out Taufiq’s body in the truck and escaped from the place.
Police Wadi said that the duo might escape to their hometown above.
