Former US President Donald Trump asked a federal judge in Florida on Friday to request Twitter to recover his account, which was removed by the company in January with advantageous violent incitement.
Trump submitted a request for the initial order of Twitter in the US District Court for the South District of Florida, with the reasons for social media companies “forced” by members of the US Congress to suspend their accounts.
Twitter and several other social media platforms prohibited Trump from their services after the hordes of supporters attacked the US Capitol in the deadly riot on January 6 that the attack attended a speech where he reaffirmed his election claims in November.
Because of the widespread fraud, a statement was rejected by many trials and state selection officials.
Twitter “train the level of strength and control of political discourse in this non-measurable country, historically unprecedented, and is very dangerous to open a democratic debate,” Trump’s lawyer said in submission.

Twitter refused to comment on archiving when contacted by Reuters.
Before he was blocked, Trump had more than 88 million followers on Twitter and used it as his social media megaphone.
In court court, Trump believes Twitter allows the Taliban to tweet regularly about their military victory throughout Afghanistan, but censor it as long as his president by labeling his tweets as “misleading information” or shows that they violate the company’s rules against “glorifying violence.
” In July Trump demanded Twitter, Google Inc.
and Alphabet Inc.’s Google, as well as their main executives, accused them of illegally silencing conservative viewpoints.
