Two guj artists work on int’l shows

Vadodara: This will be a proud moment for the country on Wednesday, when two statues of Gujarati artists will display among the 30-odd statues from around 15 countries at the global exhibition of metal artwork.
Of the three artworks that have been selected from India for a prestigious annual welded photography exhibition, two comes from Vadodara.
“Many entries are sent from the country for annual exhibits organized by the International Welding Institute.
Only three statues chosen for exhibitions, two of Vadodara and one from Kerala.
This is a matter of pride for the country,” said Sachin Kaluskar, who mastered the artwork and was given Entered the exhibition by the Indian Welding Institute as a special invitation.
