Rajkot: Two people were arrested with 13,525 bottles of ‘Tonika Herbs’ worth Rs 10.43 lakh during the attack in Nagalpar Village at Mandvi Taluka from Kutch on Wednesday night.
The police suspected that the defendant was used to mix narcotics in the herbal mixture.
According to the police, charges – Jignesh Patel (27) and Rajendrasinh Chauhan (30) – both of them are residents of Mandvi City.
“We have sent a sample of ‘herbal tonics’ to the Forensic Science Laboratory to analyze its contents.
Based on further action reports will be decided,” the police said.
