Vadodara/ Anand: 2 Instructional institutes — Both the AD Patel Institute of Engineering and Technology (ADIT) along with the GH Patel College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) – have Obtained grants by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) for Establishing Idea Development, Analysis and Program (IDEA) Laboratory.
AICTE would like to encourage pupils to use mathematics, engineering, technology and math (STEM) principles throughout the IDEA laboratory.
From 204 programs acquired for AICTE IDEA (laboratory suggestions ), 190 were also screened.
With additional demonstration and internet meeting session, 152 institutes have been shortlisted from which 49 obtained selected throughout the nation.
“We’ve obtained grants of over Rs two crore.
Newest technologically sophisticated equipment, machines and workstation may be built up for this award,” Professor H B Soni, dean of Faculty of Engineering and Technology and principal mentor of this undertaking.
