Kanpur: Two prospective competitive exams were killed, while the other were injured, after the car where they traveled collided with dividers on the Agra-Lucknow toll road in the Hashangj area in Unnao District on Monday morning.
The police have shifted the body to the corpse after notifying family members from the deceased.
Three victims have been identified as Mridul Batham (26), son of Satish Batham, a resident of Malkanth from Hardoi’s Bilgram, Atul (25), Resident of Civil Lines, Hardoi, and Ananya (19), a citizen – A, Aliganj, Lucknow .
Batham chases the last year of BCA from a private university in Lucknow.
On Sunday, the three victims went to Agra to appear for competitive examinations.
On the way back to Lucknow from Agra via the toll road on Monday morning, Atul, who drove a car, fell asleep and lost control of the vehicle near Taalsarai Village on the toll road.
“The car is upside down after hitting the divider on the toll road in Talabarai in the Hasanganj area.
Mridul Batham died in place.
Atul, who was driving a car, died in the center of Trauma in Lucknow.
