Finished / Alvi Times News Network Kanpur: Two police sub-inspectors, posted at the Devratan police station at Kanpur Dayat, suspended by police supervisors (SP) on Thursday night.
According to a report, the two sis was found involved in beating a man in police custody on Thursday night.
Sub Inspector Anil Singh allegedly appointed a revolver and threatened to fire the police chief, which, quoted the rules, asking them not to hit the man.
An attack report was registered three days ago against one Pramod Kumar Sujore Village in the Devratan Police Station area after the annealed sub-supervisor of Singh Bhadauria and Diwakar Pandey arrested Pramod and took him to the police station on Thursday night.
The two brothers were allegedly starting to beat him mercilessly.
Constable Ram Kishan’s head was posted at the same police station, while trying to fight their actions, the Anil Singh allegedly appointed an official revolver at the police chief and threatened to shoot him.
When he get information about the incident, SP Keshav Kumar Chaudhary reached the police station at night itself and after the initial investigation suspended the two sub-supervisors.
