US Navy saves drug smugglers from burning Oman

Dubai: The US Navy said that Thursday saved five Iranians who were allegedly smuggling drugs after they burned their savings on a traditional sailboat off the coast of Oman.
The Navy released a recording of air supervision showing traditional vessels, known as Dhow, while sailing in the Gulf of Oman on Wednesday.

The Navy respects restored drugs worth $ 14.7 million.
The sailor believes that it only represents half of all the drugs on the push, with the rest burn or sink by ship, the CMDR said.
