Shahjahanpur: A 35-year-old businessman allegedly shot dead after a dispute with two people at a roadside restaurant here, said the police on Sunday.
They added that the accused of being arrested and the country-made gun used in the crime commission recovered.
Police Supervisor (City) Sanjay Kumar said Manish Kumar (35), a cement trader, along with his friends, was having food in ‘Dhaba’ when two people had an argument with him over some problems on Saturday night.
After this, one of the Rubal Yadav issued a gun made by the country and shooting at Manish Kumar, making it critically.
He rushed to a medical hospital where the doctor stated he was taken dead, said SP.
The police arrested Yadav on Sunday and accused of accusing Mohabbat Ali on Saturday night itself and also recovered a gun, he said.
