Jhansi: A 17-year-old girl in the District of Lalitpur UPS filed a complaint of the police on Tuesday against 28 people, including his father and several Southjwadi Party officials (BSP) and officials of Bahujan Sajaj (BSP) along with several close relatives, from raping him for the past few years .
Based on his complaint, the police Lalitpur has submitted a report on the first information (FIR) to 28 people, including the father of the girl, the SP district of President Tilak Yadav, SP President of SP Rajesh Jojhiya, BSP Dolep District President Ahirwar and others under (Anger of Simplicity), 376 -D (rape), 323 (voluntarily causing injury), 506 (criminal intimidation), and other parts of the IPC and Section 5/6 of the Pocso Law.
In accordance with the complaint, the girl accused when she was in grade 6, her father tried to lure her into a physical relationship by showing her obscene films but she didn’t obey.
Then, his father bought his new clothes and took him to ride a motorcycle under the pretext of teaching him to drive.
He took him to the agriculture who was destroyed and raped him while warning him to remain silent or he would kill his mother.
A few days later, he took him to a hotel on his way back from school after making him eat snacks, maybe mixed with sedatives.
He handed it to a woman, which made him sit alone in the room and leave.
After several people entered the room while he fell unconscious.
When he regained awareness, clothes and shoes he was not in the right place and he felt a severe stomach ache.
Then, all this continued with every time a new man raped him in a hotel room in an inhuman way.
Overall he was asked to save mothers or face terrible consequences.
He then said in his complaint that after a few days, a tilak Yadav came and raped him in an inhuman way as if he wanted to take revenge.
When he objected, tilak said that his father took him to him and after a few days his mother would also come here.
With tilak, relatives and his friends also raped him.
The girl accused on one occasion when she had visited her mother’s uncle’s house, there he was raped by his four uncles along with a cousin.
He was assisted by his grandmother, who tried to avoid the incident.
He also accused that at one point his uncle tried to sell it but could not succeed.
SP Lalitpur Nikhil Pathak told TII on Tuesday: “This is a very sensitive case and we consider it seriously.
The victim’s medical examination has been carried out and his statement has also been recorded under Section 161.
On Wednesday, his statement will be recorded in front of a judge at Down part 164 after that the next action will be taken.
