Vadodara: A 24-year-old legal student from a private university has submitted a complaint of rape of a rented accountant and investor in his company.
The woman approached Gotri’s police on Sunday night and filed a complaint against Ca Ashok Jain and Raju Bhatt, accused him of spoating his drink, estimating him and then threatened to make his obscene viral photographs.
The police said that the woman joined Jain’s company some time ago to get the connecting training she paid too.
“The girl had to travel a long distance to reach the company, so Jain helped her get a rent in Dwalipura area,” a police officer said.
The reporting accused that Jain took her to the guest house at Vasna Road a month ago and introduced it to Bhatt, who was an investor in the company.
He alleged that Jain, who was in his 60s, climbed his drink and sought it in a guest house.
He then went to his flat and allegedly raped him.
After a few days, Bhatt went to a physical relationship of a woman who was flat and demanded.
When he refused, Bhatt threatened him with a terrible consequence and then suspected of raping him, according to the nesting FIR.
“The woman said that on September 14, the defendant sent her nude photo to her friend’s friend and threatened to make them viral.
They also threatened to kill him.
The girl said that the defendant had also made a spy camera in his room outside his knowledge,” Police added.
“We have registered complaints against the Duo that have not been arrested.
Once they are arrested, we will be able to get more detailed crime,” said the Assistant Commissioner (ACP) SV Rajgor.
This is the second complaint from rape registered in the city in the last four months.
In June this year, a 19-year-old girl Gangraped by two colleagues Nazeem Mirza and warmed up at his residence.
The duo made the girl drunk and then forced himself to him.
He tells the trial to his father and a day later he committed suicide.
