Anand: Anand Police on Monday arrested four gang members involved in theft of vehicles and recovering nine motorbikes worth three lakh rs stolen from Vadodara, chaklasia, borsad and anklavia.
The rural Khambhat police said the theft was revealed when police questioned one Sikandar Chauhan, who was seen around Jalan Bamanva Chowkdi on a bicycle without a number plate.
When the police check the number of bicycle chassis, it was revealed that it was stolen from the borsad’s house.
After Chauhan claimed his involvement in theft of vehicles, the police arrested three other legs including Sabbir Bhatti, Imran Bhatti and Usman Bhatti.
All accused of originating from the village of Phinav Khambhat.
