Vadodara: A woman who lives in Anand and her mother was booked on Sunday for driving her husband who was alienated to commit suicide at her house in Dashrath Village near the city of Vadodara.
The deceased Vipul Patel had left a suicide note on July 23 where he blamed his wife Pamam Dadwani and her mother-in-law Babita for extreme steps.
Patel stated that the duo of the mother had planned a wedding with him in 2015 with the intention of getting money from him.
After the FSL in Gandhinagar confirmed that the suicide record was written by Patel, a violation of suicide reduction at the Chhani Police Station.
According to Patel’s suicide record, Pamam has submitted false cases in court in Anand to get the maintenance of money from him.
He also wrote that even though he had mouth cancer, the two women did not show mercy and refused to solve these problems even though he was imprisoned.
He blamed the two women because of his death and hung himself from the stairs fence in his house.
Police said that Pamam had left Patel within five months after their marriage in 2015.
Then he submitted cases against him in Anand for maintenance.
Because Patel did not have a source of income, he could not pay the amount of maintenance of accumulated more than Rs 8 Lakh because the court had sentenced 33 months in prison in March.
Then, he was released with a temporary guarantee due to a pandemic.
His family member told the police that when he came out with a guarantee, he was too depressed and worried about paying the amount of maintenance because the two women refused the settlement and also faced difficulties in prison for his illness because of his illness.
In July, the day before the guarantee period ended, Patel took extreme steps.
