Vegetable traders rob RS 6L at the point of the knife

Rajkot: A vegetable trader from Paddhari Taluka Rajkot was robbed from Rs 6.1 Lakh Cash in Knifepoint in Morbi during early Tuesday morning.
According to the police, Jesinh Solanki has started to Gondal in his van pick-up to buy onions on Monday late at night.
During early Tuesday, Solanki felt sleepy while driving a vehicle.
So he parked van near a hotel in Sokhda Village in Morbi Taluka for a nap.
While Soanki fell asleep, two unidentified men opened the door of the vehicle and threatened him in the knifepoint.
The duo took 6.1 lakh RS cash forced by Solanki to buy onions.
Then Solanki contacted the police and told the robbery.
The police said that they had checked the CCTV camera recording where the two robbers were seen approaching Solanki vehicles.
“We are investigating if something related to the victim is involved because not many know that he brings a lot of cash,” said a police officer.
