Bengaluru: A 32-year-old man and his 27-year-old wife was arrested for allegedly distributing rotten videos and photographed on the social media platform to find partners for him.
The main accusation – Vinay Kumar, a resident of Singasandra in Southeast Bengaluru – running poultry farms in Mandya and his wife worked in a private company.
The couple had been ordered below 67 and 67A from IT ACT, 2000.

Section 67a sets up to five years in prison to publish or transmit in any electronic form of any material that contains sexually explicit actions or behaviors.
According to the police, Kumar has created a Twitter account in a fake name to post photos of his naked and semi-naked wife with the text, “We married a couple from Bangalore, anyone wanted to meet FWB only in Bangalore.
(Sic)” the couple answer those who show interest in their post and ask them to contact them in the telegram.
Kumar was used to share the rotten video of his wife, recorded by him, with people who were interested in the telegram.
He used to share his address and invited them to his residence.
“Some people visited the couple’s house and spent time with Kumar’s wife.
Kumar admitted that he enjoyed watching his wife’s actions with other people.
The couple had been involved in the last three months,” said a police officer.
According to the police, the incident was revealed when the netizen marked one of the tweets posted by Kumar to the official twitter handle Commissioner of the Bengaloru Police on Wednesday.
Srinath Mahadev Joshi, Deputy Police Commissioner (Southeast), formed a team led by Sudhir M Hegde, Assistant Commissioner of Police (Madiwala,) and St Yogesh, Inspector with the Southeast CEN crime police, to track criminals.
Police deployed the police, Siddanna, as a bait to verify the information.
Siddanna answered the tweet posted by Kumar and then kept chatting with him in the telegram.
The police found the address of the suspect in a telegram chat and raided the house on Wednesday.
The police initially suspected the couple might be interested in swapping the wife, but the initial investigation overrides it.
Kumar and his wife are rumored to recognize their crimes.
Kumar told the police they were addicted to watching videos on porn sites.
They like some fantasy videos and decide to watch such actions.
“To enjoy life fantasy, my wife and I decided to invite men to spend time with her.
We created accounts on social media for the same purpose,” Kumar told the police.
The police said Kumar’s wife and her partner used to wear a fantasy facial mask while spending time together.
Kumar was used to record it on his cellphone to watch every time the couple was interested.
Two cellphones and two facial masks were confiscated from Kumar’s residence.
“Sharing porn content on social media is a violation and we will take action against such people,” said DCP Joshi.
