Violation of ruling rules of rampant helmet in Chennai

Chennai: Drivers continue to say helmet rules and traffic police seem to have slowed in upholding the rules.
Violations are rampant in the core city area such as Nandanam, Anna Nagar, Koyambedu and thousands of lights, with women among the most blatant offenders, while the suburbs seem to have a better compliance.
