Nagpur: The newly elected Nagpur Chamber of Commerce Limited (NCCL) president (NCCL), a large trade guild in the city, has tried to break away from the convention by begging members only on their achievements.
Chartered Accountant Kailash Jogani, who was selected as President NCCL last week, in taking over speech, said employers were not in harmony with certain political parties.
Jogani has asked members to spill party affiliates during the upcoming Civic poll and choose only based on achievements.
“It’s time for political affiliates to be set aside and only the benefits of candidates being considered.
It can begin with a civilian poll at least, because we need a good leader for the development of the city.
The micro-level issue of this city is directly handled by the Canporators,” he told Tii.
“In addition to taking business related problems, traders must also think of a citizen perspective.
Most business companies are located in the eastern Nagpur.
There is a major scope for this section to be developed compared to the western region,” he said.
Jogani said NCCL had 2,000 direct members and after his club from the body of the association, the number reached more than 4,000.
He also asked traders to maintain a debt-free business and maintain sufficient funds, which can be used as working capital.
He asked them to keep away from the Hundi investors, who according to traders traditionally depend on funds.
“Private lenders end at a cost of no less than 15%, if all add-on is considered.

Instead, money can be increased from the banking channel, which offers a much lower level loan.

Jogani said the Chamber of Commerce will also suppress the initial settlement of developments projects that occur in the city and increase the problem of bad roads, which are dogging commuters today.
