Kabul: United States and England warn their residents on Monday to stay away from hotels in the Capital of Afghanistan Kabul, especially Serena who are famous.
“US citizens who are in or near the Hotel Serena must leave immediately,” said the US State Department, quoting “security threats” in the area.
