WHATAPP has reportedly started launching a new feature called ‘collection’.
This feature will allow you to shop items from messaging platforms using categories.
With simple words, this feature allows business account holders to manage the product in their catalog according to the category so that users can easily find the desired item without scrolling the long list of items.
If you have an WhatsApp business account, you can create a collection by following these steps.
Tap three points in the upper right corner of the application> Tap Business Tools> Select Catalog> Tap on the new collection.
The ‘catalog’ feature was first launched by the company in 2019.
It allows businesses to display the products and services they offer to potential customers.
This feature allows businesses to get storefronts without creating separate web pages.
To further increase e-commerce on the platform, the company released the ‘cart’ feature that facilitates customers to buy several items.
The platform has also released Android Beta 2.21.22.3 newly reported to add new control bars in the image-in-picture video.
According to a report by Wabetainfo, the control bar will now let the user quickly pause or continue the video.
It will also allow users to open or close full screen mode.
At present, the control bar only works on videos distributed from other selected platforms but the platform is reported to activate it for all videos.
The company is also reported to work on new notebook features that will allow you to stop and continue to record voice notes without the need to record another message or send you must interrupt.
Until now, you can only listen to the voicemail you record before sending it.
