Nagpur: Grains of food intended for distribution through stores reasonable prices confiscated from a private vehicle in Jaripatka, police said on Saturday.
Three people, including two driver brothers from the city have been ordered in this case.
An employee of the Food and Civil In stock department (FCS) escaped.
The police were told by FCS officers Ragini Gaikwad and Ravindra Rathore about the Madhya Pradesh registration truck dismantling wheat intended for public distribution systems into private vehicles in North Nagpur.
After robbing a close point of Patankar Chowk, Tathagat Colony, under the jurisdiction of the Jaripatka police station, a joint joint team of Jaripatka and the FCS team found illegal demolition and loading of wheat bags carried out.

The truck was supposed to dismantle wheat consignments in the government’s warehouse in Kalmeshwar City.
Instead, the defendant dismantled a wheat bag in a private truck (MH31 / CQ2244).
Team together also found 35 wheat bags loaded in this vehicle.
For the query, the senior PI said the Punjab government logo was also printed on the wheat bag confiscated from the place.
Registration number for other vehicle bearings MH491224 was found from a crime.
The police have confiscated three trucks and food grains worth RS26,56 lakh from the place.
The police have arrested the Driver Ravindarsingh Bhatia (29), his brother AmanSingh Bhatia (33) – Both residents of Patankar Chowk, Jaripatka – and Naseem Khan (26, a resident of Choti Masjid Khasara Masara).
However, the staff of FCS Laxman managed to escape from that place.
A pine is registered against them in the relevant part of the Indian criminal code and the Essential Commodity Act.
