Giant Giant Apple can offer bonuses to certain employees in the US to prevent them from defects to Meta and other technology companies, claiming Bloomberg reports.
The bonus is said to be around $ 50,000 to $ 180,000.
However, there is a warning.
The reported bonus is given as a limited stock unit that will take around four years to fully vest, so that it provides software engineers reasons to stick with Apple for that time at least.
Cupertino-based technology giants reported to see defection about around 100 employees to Meta in recent months, which have been gifted boiled from AI, AR and other hardware and hardware segments.
One other thing to note is that this bonus is offered for some employees, and thus, can cause dissatisfaction between others.
Apple did say earlier this month that it would give all employees in the US, including retail workers, a $ 1,000 bonus.
